Hi Bobby. I am descended from John’s son Israel. My lines continue through the next two generations of Israels but the surname changed to Cowing. Israel Cowing, a Revolutionary War soldier, moved from Massachusetts to Brunswick Maine, where he died in1802. I live in Maine now. Thanks for the info about Loch Lomond, I am just learning about my Scottish heritage so if you have any more information about their roots there, I’d be interested!
