Hi Jean. I've had chronic headaches since I was 22. I have tried a lot of approaches, none successful though at times the headaches were less intense. Last winter they were terrible, I had a headache that lasted a full seven days, then go away for a week, and then return. In desperation, I had my blood test for foods that cause inflammation. I eliminated these foods, including garlic and green beans, cane sugar and most importantly, gluten. Since June, I've had two mild , one day headaches, and one two day headache just recently after I ate an egg muffin (gluten). The problem is, everyone's headache is unique and what works for one may not work for another.
