I had my blood tested in June for foods that cause inflammation in my body. The results were surprising and I've eliminated gluten, as well as foods like garlic, kale, green beans, carrots and not surprising, cane sugar and chemical additives. I think I better but I didn't lose a pound. So little is none about the gut and the role it plays in your health.
