I see the concern about a personal trainer. I was following a yoga routine a few months ago and it involved laying on your stomach, grabbing your ankles and rocking. Well, I thought I was working up to it, grabbing one ankle at a time then decided one day to grab both. Well, that popped a rib and fractured it and as a result I couldn’t do any of the exercises for six weeks. Know your limits!
